Prayers for a priest please

My brother is a priest approaching 10 years from final vows in his order. At the end of the school year he will be transfered - again. He's had several jobs but he's also changed households/communities several times as difficult personalities needed to be dealt with. He's very easy going and this peace making is his talent-- but he is feeling very stressed this time to give up a job he loved and a household he loved and be in his 13th location in 16 years.
His name is Fr. Jim.
