Prayers for captain father Kevin

My brother has just received orders that he will be deploying very soon to replace a chaplain in Afghanistan that was killed there this week along with 11 other soldiers.
Please pray for him.

Will do Elizabeth. Read your profile about being an Army wife, I share that role as well. Also realized your husband is not Catholic, thus being an Army Chaplin. I share the role of being the only Catholic as well as homeschooling! We have a lot in common. I will certainly pray for his protection and yours/children as well. That is pretty scary to go into a dangerous situation, especially one where the last person in his role did not come home. God works in mysterious ways, I pray he is working on something really special and good for you and Kevin. Blessings, amber
