Hi Kara,

I find that having good Catholic online shows playing in the back ground on my computer helps me and I also "steal" time to pray the rosary daily-like when I'm driving or walking in the store, standing in line, sitting at a red light etc:)  I also try to go visit the Blessed Sacrament as often as I can-it's not like I have much time but just going in makes my day go better.

I think that is a difficulty that many of us face. I have gotten beyond the days when my children were little but I still struggle with finding daily time for prayer.
the best answer I have found is that I simply have to make it a priority. For me that means that I wake a little earlier than the rest of my household, find a quiet place and pray for a half hour.
I have found that when I do this my day goes smoothly as I know that I have given the first of my day to God.
When I don't do this things tend to fall apart and I find myself rushing around with no purpose.
It's also not a bad thing for your children to know that mom prays at a certain time and they need to respect that.
Perhaps they could have a quiet time of prayer during the day as well.
