Colleen, this is an interesting question! I've never seen such a prayer - perhaps something like the "Serenity Prayer". I am definitely in need of a prayer that will bring grace during the aging process. If you find something, let me know. In the mean time, come here for prayer support. During my walk today, I will pray for you!!

Lucy - great stuff! I'm following you! I really need to log off and go walk a Rosary Mile right now. For anyone interested in combining Rosary and fitness, take a look at The Rosary Workout.

Is there any one who could suggest a book or prayer or something to help in accepting the physical changes that post-menopause brings.

I follow a sensible diet and pray-walk 6 miles 5 times a week, and still all of the weight has shifted to the tummy.

It is difficult........

Welcome, Lucy! Walking a Rosary Mile sounds like a great idea! So many of us busy Moms are always complaining that we don't have time for prayer and exercise - which, in my opinion, might be the two essential things we need in order to fulfill our vocations as wives and mothers! A Rosary Mile could be a way to get them both done at the same time!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this group. I just wanted to tell you about a new page I'm following on Twitter to try to get me motivated to get out there and walk. It's called rosary miles and their mission is, "A way for Christians to get in shape, one Rosary at a time. Distance walked while saying the Rosary is a Rosary Mile. " Here's the link:

God Bless and keep up the good work!

In Christ,
Lucy
