Taking your SN child to church

Do you take your special needs child to mass with you?  We did when Simon was younger, but he is now 5 1/2.  He is profoundly mentally handicapped and physically handicapped also.  He is a very good little boy, but he's LOUD.  I can't keep him quiet.  He "talks" the whole time and even if we sit in the back (no cry-room), I really feel that he is disruptive.  There are some families who think we've put him away in a home or something, because they never see him! Thanks,GretchenSee More
