I read your entry about your little boy and his history. I couldn't help thinking about the organization that we work with for our daughter's developmental delays. It is called NACD (www.nacd.org) and the reason I thought of it is because they are great at working with kids without a diagnosis or label. Their neuro-developmental approach looks at where the kid is and where they need to go and they use all of their experience and techniques to help the parent help the child to achieve typical development. They are very pro-homeschooling but also know how to support families who choose school. It is never too soon to get started on an NACD program, I only wish we had started when my daughter was younger.
